Leadership anew. Fresh starts aren’t always positive. When a Chief revenue officer doesn’t understand ideal customer profiles or the ecommerce marketplace there is an issue there in itself. Add on the sinister and deviant nature of the same person you have a recipe for disaster. The CRO is a liability risk for the organization as a result of his bully culture and predatory coercive behavior.

Pluspunten

CS org combined with Renewals some time ago. Since then, the Customer Success leadership has put the team in a great position to succeed. Providing solid tools and direction, using metric-based approaches and not aimless goals (like having to hit a generic 'calls made' goal)

Upward movement career-wise can be a challenge

Pluspunten

The benefits are good and competitive. I’ve also been fortunate to work with a strong team that collaborates well, supports one another, and creates a positive day-to-day working environment.

Minpunten

Raises and promotions often appear to be influenced more by favoritism than performance. There can also be a noticeable divide between long-tenured employees from the legacy CA organization and newer hires. New employees are not always welcomed or integrated as well as they could be, which can make it difficult to feel included and advance within the company.
