Used to be a fair, honest organization with opportunities for growth. A few good, hard working people still left in the company, but no pros other than that.

Minpunten

Company is in a current state of financial disrepair caused by a new leader that doesn't understand the business, demographics, or culture. Getting rid of senior leaders who had been with the company 15-20+ is clearly a red flag. This organization will not exist within the next year.

Vacation time and paid time off that I was able to get was good. I was an employee before all the HUGE MAJOR changes.

Minpunten

HUGE CHANGES! There is not ONE "Ritzman" still working for the company. As technicians they have 4 different levels. As pay goes its all over the board! The good technicians are not making what they should be. They are hiring people with no experience who do not care about patients AT ALL and they are make close to what the great technicians are.
