Autonomy-because management is not around or available. Have a job. Patients are usually nice. Free parking. Wear scrubs. Nice/hard-working coworkers. Clean building

Autonomy- because management not around to answer questions or fix problems. Support staff call outs- majority of the time you will work short staffed. No extra pay for working short or having to stay late. Incorrect pay/ benifits. Takes forever to fix problems because no one seems to know how to do resolve the problem. Well over 50% staff turnover in 1 year because of poor management. Poor computer support. New hires and current staff not told whole truth/ given half truths.
