Great environment to learn from the best in the business. The owners are very friendly, knowledgable, and highly experienced. Many opportunities for growth as they are the premier destination for weddings and events floral arrangements in Riverside. Very fast-moving downtown environment and rarely a dull moment. Their location downtown is beautiful. The best-looking flower shop I've ever worked in. Very competitive pay, and lots of great places to eat downtown for lunch.

Hard to catch a breath as the pace is so fast-moving. They are very popular flower store and get a tremendous volume of calls and foot-traffic. Many of the weddings are very high end with high-style requirements that can be very challenging to design and produce to meet the needs of the clients, and often times need to work in parallel with multiple projects running simultaneously.

Wonderful people to work with, had a lot of fun with the employees. Worked very well with everyone like family.

The worst thing about Riverside Mission Florist is the sugar crazed owner. Wow talk about out of control. 100 miles an hour it was exhausting just being in the same room. Constantly complaining about everything, customers, people, employees, just the day. It made you sick to your stomach.
