Challenges on working with Robal is when doing dishes you have to be at a certain pace because if you do not then people won't have clean tools for the food. Another thing is trying to get hired sometimes when trying to find work you are not always hired. One more is that on weekends you do not get money until two days after a Sunday or Monday. Sometimes I feel like I have to contact the company to hire me because if I do not then I may not be hired. Another thing is some stuff is required like an alcohol card or other things in order to take the shift. I cannot always get those things right away.
