A major red flag to be highlighted is that more than 12 people have cycled through the same position in just two years. There is a clear pattern. Some leave due to disinterest in the role (which is another story), while others, including myself, were exited right before the quarter in which bonuses were due. Because the contract requires you to be employed at the time of payout, this immediately disqualifies you from any bonus, even if you contributed significantly to the quarter’s sales.
