Pluspunten
Good pay and benefits, although benefits seem to decrease each year. Run down office. Numerous employees staying 20+ years, but also has high turnover rate.
Minpunten
If you aren't a Roche family member, don't expect to rise above mid-management. Women are considered inferior and ignorant and value-less with regard to business decisions. Extremely toxic work environment.

Roche Constructors, Inc. prides itself on maintaining a positive work environment with upward mobility opportunities and a very low turnover rate. The average length of employment company-wide is nearly 9 years with 15% of our employees past the 20 yr mark.
Our executive management team is a diverse group with a combined 147 years of experience with the company and minority representation by the family that owns the business. The claims made in this review in no way reflect the atmosphere of the company or the high value it places on respectful treatment of its employees, owners, and subcontractors.
While management is always open to constructive advice, we are cognizant of the ever-changing and challenging nature of the construction industry. The strategic plans and goals set in place during the height of the recession have let us come out of the downturn stronger than we have ever been.
The pay is competitive with an aggressive bonus structure depending on the overall company's annual performance. The portfolio is large and diverse, exposing you to a lot of project types and clients. There are plenty of company events that are a lot of fun!
Minpunten
There are no negative situations I have experienced with Roche Constructors.
Be prepared to work your butt off. Roche does not hire laborers. You are the laborer. 10 hr days are the minimum, but you will work more than that most weeks. Keep that in mind when negotiating your salary. The expectations are very high, but you are not given enough time to do the work. There are a lot of interruptions, but your higher ups won't recognize that. You have to document every interruption or they don't believe you. They will gaslight you unless you can prove them wrong.
