Rocker is one of those companies were nothing ever is ever done to make things more interesting for the employees. Sure there is a Monday breakfast, but it consists of a piece of Crispbread and a glass of juice.
The flow of information is kept minimal and it is almost as if HR and management takes pleasure in keeping people in the dark. The manager to employee ratio is also obscene with less than two employees pre managers in some departments. This results in extreme micromanagement
The CEO is a powerless figurehead put in place by the main investors and the team is full of, with a few exceptions, big business folks who don't understand how to run a startup.
The team has had poor retention and most people quit around the one year mark
