Pluspunten
Was fun as a startup, it realy leaned on rocket enthusiasts and new zelanad engineering talent to get ahead for cheap. Most of the hard working attention to detail is gone and has become a corporate step on the little guy company. Good for new people trying to get into the space industry but not much opportunity. It's surviving because the engeers love space and hard challenges.
Minpunten
Stepped on the talent and pushed out the early founding members. Alialenated early employees who dedicated a long portion of their lives and takes people and old staff to court because they can. Nz staff paid horribly for similar roles in USA. Taking leave is hard and you're made to feel guilty for asking. Engineering values were pushed down over deliverables.
