I don't know what happened in 2024; all bad people left (I think they were finally fired), and without those people, everything got so much smoother. 2025 was the best year ever; the culture is awesome now!

Promotion here is not about skills, experience, or expertise. It’s all about whether management likes you or not. End of the day, you’ll find yourself managing a team that’s 100 times more skilled than you. The culture is toxic, HR can’t help (they can’t even help themselves), and Slack messages full of demeaning remarks, humiliation, and stolen credit are just everyday things. Work-life balance basically doesn’t exist; you’re expected to reply to chats even on weekends, during sick leave, or on annual leave, and sometimes you even have to answer on behalf of your manager just because he doesn’t feel like it or doesn’t even know what’s being asked la.
