      Cutting edge of paid advertising. Always lots of interesting projects on the go. Fantastic people at all levels of the organisation. They are good humans who really care about their fellow employees. Great industry to work in. Sharing and learning culture. Strong progression prospects. On-trend offices - all the latest you'd expect from a creative hub. Self starters/motivators tend to do very well.

      Minpunten

      Always lots on (which is great), but can get frenetic sometimes. Make sure you bring your quick thinking, prioritisation and expectation setting skills to the table and all is good.

      I’ve had plenty of opportunities for growth and development, and there’s always room to expand my skills. The company places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and I feel appreciated and valued for the contributions I make. The team is friendly, motivated and always willing to help.

      Occasionally, the workload can get overwhelming during busy periods, but it’s manageable with the supportive team environment.

      - Time differences for clients overseas can sometimes mean working a little later or being restricted to certain hours of the day - Not being able to have more team group sessions, giving that some of the team is abroad
