Everyone is super committed to the kids and families, it is nice to all be on the same team working hard, school leaders working hard to coach and invested in my development, amazing kids and families, good compensation and benefits especially compared to local districts and much better career opportunities

The only good thing about this organization is the salary.

Leadership is dreadful, manipulative, egotistical narcissistic liars, and they micro manage your EVERY move, literally. They will talk about you behind your back but will NEVER say anything to your face. The money is honestly not worth it. At my school about 17 people quit before the school year ended. Hands down thee absolute worst organization to ever exist. Don't work here. Do NOT send your kids here especially if they need IEP services; the program is awful.
