Company seemed to be successful in Spain, on one visit to Barcelona office they seemed happy and motivated. Very diverse and sometimes prestigious Spanish clients. I'm sure that the Spanish operation will be a great success.

In the London office it was the total opposite. Overworked, complaints if you left the "office" (1 room with 2 desks) before 8pm. Very little in the way of feedback or transparency. If you asked management for a private meeting, they'd take you to Pret A Manger.
