      flexibility independence mid-shift hours (10-7) good $ (hourly+comms+bonuses) praised when doing well

      too many last-minute national conf calls too much texting to my RM (micro-managing) management was trying something new when I was hired and it took a toll on employees sadly corporate lawyers still negotiating contracts with retailers = I'm still out of work (40+ days now)
