Organization is corrupt. Management/Higher Ups are horrible and treat their employees poorly. If you speak up about anything, you will face repercussions and retaliation (from management). Management/supervisors do not actually care about members in the programs and will state that out loud. There is also a huge misuse of grant funds. Will also give you 2 to 3 times the caseload the organization states you are allowed to have and expect you to still meet the same deadlines and expectations.
