Regardless of how well you perform, instead of getting increment or promotion, your boss and management will always feel it’s NEVER enough, and you will realise you’re just a strategic replaceable pawn that drives the operations smoothly for them, unfortunately not a trusted personnel. Your JSJD is just a facade for you to cover a whole mountain of unspoken tasks and duties that’s not even related to your scope of work. You will realise your job scope expands, but your career progression stays stagnant.
