Pluspunten
Decent salary (no commission) and decent benefits and paid time off, sick time. You'll learn how to source for candidates and post jobs properly.
Minpunten
Talent Acquisition Specialists aren't treated equally in terms of perks as they aren't given RAD days (free day off) on their birthdays like other employees and aren't eligible for the flex schedule. You also don't get commission even if several of your own organically sourced candidates are placed again and again. They win you in with saying the role is meant to be promoted as soon as the person is ready, but even with several months of great performance they will continue to hire people with sales experience from the outside and they won't promote you. If you want to be a recruiter and you just came out of college or are new to the industry, I wouldn't choose Roth/Ultimate. They'll make you start out as a Talent Acquisition specialist which is a sourcer, and keep you there if they can. If I could do it over I would have joined a different agency that allowed you to earn commission right away and learn the recruiter role as soon as you can.
