      Cliques emerged amongst economists/analysts, morale was at all time low, cost saving measures did not help . Revolving door in terms of employees coming in and leaving. KYC did not exist, CRM was really bad. Sales team had a restructure, but damage was done in preceding years.

      - Overtime and weekend work is expected - You better not have a life outside of work. God forbid you have a baby! - Employees are continually replaced with cheap new graduates or outsourced to India - Economists double as web editors. You don't just do research; you update a website daily - Not a resume building experience if you want to stay in the financial industry - Your spine needs to be made of steel - the company cares little about ergonomics - Economists earn crap
