True MLM company (World Ventures) HR department is very unorganized and uncaring, They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Poor management decisions which reflects on the employees. NO consistancy in management's decisions. Poor communication of status of company. One day you are stating that you won many awards and are in great financial, the very next day you are laying off ppl. You laid off by popularity, not seniority. I received great reviews from managment, but you laid me off and put someone else in my position. I was told my position was being disolved when actually it wasnt.
