      Too many to list: - Low salaries and bare bone benefits - Lack of vision - Games are just copy cats with no originality - Politics, politics, politics. Many teams are like Game of Thrones - Declining revenue and an dead brand - Sega acquisition will lead to more layoffs and studio closures - Petty management the claw back benefits - Lack managerial courage or the ability to admit they mess up

      Had a fun time working on the release of The Angry Birds Movie. The Animation team are fun /good-hearted people.

      Minpunten

      Hard juggling time difference from CA and Finland. Someone has to stay up late...

      Pluspunten

      The company has great people with a lot of talent. It feels like a startup in terms of processes and tools so it's a good way to learn and get into the nitty gritty of things. You also get some Angry Bird swag which is always a plus. From my understanding, the company has been trying to move a lot of the processes to the US which I'm sure are making things easier.

      Minpunten

      The HQ is located in Finland which would make it sometimes difficult to get things done given the time difference. Also, with everything so manual, it would take longer to get some things done such as reports and answers needed from the team in Finland.
