This is only for the technical production team: The people are amazing and really help you learn anything you want related to TV production. Production manager really wants you to step up and show that you can contribute. He won't push you hard but that's because he wants you to take the initiative. You become part of a team. Great learning experience for someone with basic to no TV production knowledge.
