Lack of training is evident, followed by ridicule for not being up to speed. The constant micromanagement, outdated SAAS tools, and being held accountable for team mistakes and a faulty customer tool contribute to a challenging work environment. Unfortunately, speaking up risks termination, fostering a culture of everyone over-pretending to be happy at work. It’s by far the worst job in my 15 year career.
