I worked 10-15 hours of unpaid overtime per week during my three years, and I was already on minimum wage. Daily KPIs were unrealistic and unrelenting. Sick leave was not permitted and I had to work from home if sick. Expenses were all out of pocket including own laptop, phone, office equipment, etc. Business did not evolve or improve its service offering during my time there nor has it since – client work output is poor and nothing to be proud of.
