While I've never had a personal issue with anyone, there's a clear sense of insecurity within the company, and no one seems to be given the opportunity to grow. Internal politics are rampant, and self-respect appears to be nonexistent. If you're willing to sacrifice your dignity and work like a laborer, this office might be for you. The creative team is treated as expendable, and constant clashes between departments like 901 and 902 create a toxic atmosphere. What's worse, the HR and marketing managers constantly review our work, pointing out mistakes that aren't even their responsibility.
