There is a 100k bond where if you resign before staying 3 years with them, you have to pay them 100K no questions asked. Its not an incentive where if you reach 3 years, you get 100k. It doesnt work like that, and the bond starts from day 1, not even when youre already regularized. Make sure youre super sure about the job before you apply. Very traditional setup also, everyone is a boomer.
