They had great fun projects with lots of creative potential. Clean brand standards make it easy to design for them.

Minpunten

1. Waiting three months to be paid for work that is being used in production; should mention that there was a signed contract stating "payment is due upon receipt of invoice" 2. Insulting feedback: Feedback should be constructive to help the creative process along. Short quippy replies making personal attacks are unacceptable and unprofessional. 3. Seriously wanted to copyright infringe on another artist's work. Not Cool.

I learned how to NOT manage people

In my 25 years experience of working in the hospitality industry this had to be the worst experience of my career. I was absolutely micromanaged to death. I was constantly spoken down to and treated like and imbecile. The Egotistical management was literally unbearable. I was broken down every day. I was Snapped at, demanded and finger pointed to do tasks. Zero respect especially towards women. I would never work here again.
