Good Benefits, Flexible work hours. I'm always challenged to think of new and different ways to do things, so it's a very creative environment.

Minpunten

Salary, so no overtime and it's easy to spend too much time at work. Often overloaded with work, but I don't receive excessive pressure because I usually work hard anyway.

co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

Minpunten

Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
