Great work-life balance. The benefits were good ( though I think they were raising costs for 2015. Food was always available.

There are some things in interviews that you simply can't notice. I liked what RXwiki did and I believed in them. The upper management was great when interviewing, then I started. First red flag was that you were supposed to bring your own laptop, not a problem as I like my laptop more than I like company issues laptops, but it shows a lack of money to not have a bank of laptops for new employees. Secondly, also didn't provide phones for a sales and marketing roles. You were to use your cell phone and didn't pay for your cell phone bill or at least contribute. That's red flag #2. My largest feelings about the company are that they really have no idea what direction they are going in. Money seems to be a concern yet they are hiring like crazy. The pay is very low and they want to hire people with very little experience. Taking the job in the first place was my mistake. I started in the first 5 sales people and within 30 days they had 9 despite no indication that the growth trends indicated that by splitting up territories would grow business. During the time I was there the pressure on the employees and our manager was expanded 10 fold. We were hired by telling us one thing about how we aren't that kind of company. To becoming that kind of company. While I truly liked the people I worked with and was sad to go I am not confident in the direction RXWiki is going and am glad I was let go.
