I began working at Ryan over a year ago and have found it to be a challenging and collaborative environment with lots of opportunities to make a difference. Most recently, the company has been thoughtful and proactive in addressing the business challenges that arose regarding COVID-19. Leadership has done a very good job of ensuring we have the technology to remain effective in role while working remotely, including robust connectivity with colleagues and clients via video conferencing! As a team, we have come together and persevered and I know we will continue to do so. The recent COVID-19 experience shows how much Ryan leadership cares about its clients and employees and delivering on promises. It is great to be part of a forward-looking, proactive, and productive company. I’m very happy that I joined the Ryan team!
