Pluspunten
I am one of the lucky few to have started my job during COVID. Leading up to my onboarding, I was apprehensive about how the company would handle the evolving and uncertain situation. Fortunately, Rydoo was incredibly agile in its response to the pandemic by moving to fully-remote work and in my case, remote training. Despite not being physically present with my colleagues and management, I was well-supported and made to feel like part of the team and vision, which to me says a lot about the company's values. I feel well-equipped to do my job, between the useful trainings, constant support from my teammates, and the tools and resources available to us. Rydoo really invests in it's employees; there are many opportunities to learn and grow here. Lastly, I really enjoy being part of such an international team!
Minpunten
The only downside I can think of is that I haven't had the chance to meet all of my colleagues in person. Of course that's not Rydoo's fault, and I look forward to meeting everyone when it is safe to do so.
Pluspunten
Co-workers are extremely friendly, fun, hardworking, smart, ambitious. Great onboarding - you learn a lot early on and feel very supported. They trust their employees which builds confidence. Culture is amazing! I feel excited to come into the office every day. Opportunity to grow. Full transparency. Benefits of "corp-up" meaning there is security in funding/corporate benefits but atmosphere/mindset of a start up. Emphasis on international team. I am extremely grateful to work here!
Minpunten
Nothing to share. Onboarding takes place at HQ in Belgium for a few weeks before starting in your official office, only way that it could be perceived as a con is if you don't like to travel
