Pluspunten

The back of house leadership is excellent and the culinary team does outstanding work. Unlike many small family owned restaurants, this one is run tightly and by the book.

Minpunten

Ownership calls all the shots without much input from FOH management. BOH voices are heard but, because the point of view of the chef owners is strictly from the kitchen and not the dining room, the FOH management team is denied the latitude it needs. This filters down to a FOH staff that feels disrespected and uninspired. That leads, in turn, to negative guest experiences. Salaries have been slashed due to the pandemic shutdown, layoffs - which were handled coldly and impersonally - have left remaining managers with a heavy burden.
