Working at this company has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my career. There is absolutely no room for growth — promotions and career advancement are virtually nonexistent. This is through and through, a toxic workplace For those who are being sponsored, the situation is even worse. The company takes advantage of their visa status, overworking them while offering little to no support or opportunities. It's clear they rely on this imbalance of power to retain employees who have limited options. Raises are nonexistent — not even a cost-of-living adjustment, despite the company generating around $50 million in annual production. Even more concerning, they manage this entire operation using Excel, which leads to frequent errors, inefficiencies, and unnecessary stress. There's an obvious lack of investment in proper tools or systems. Customer treatment is equally poor. Clients are often misled, ignored, or blamed for internal mistakes. Accountability simply does not exist; management consistently avoids responsibility, and problems are rarely addressed or resolved effectively. If you're looking for a place to grow, be treated fairly, or work in a professional, forward-thinking environment, this is not the company for you.
