A lot of talk about growth, expansion, YoY profit, but no really incentive for us the employee to *want* to work there. I'd say about 80% of folks there are there simply for the paycheck. Since the big acquisitions, I've seen things go from okay to bad, to really bad, then get me the hell out of here. Seems like all the senior executive management saw where the company was headed and cashed out big time when they sold it to SAP. Tech is out-dated and no longer revolutionary.
