SAP as a company, is very good. Fair pay adjustments, great employee benefits, hybrid set-up, merit increases (even during Covid) and annual bonuses.
Minpunten
Patronage politics is what we call their unconscious bias. Senior leaders, Operations Managers have no autonomy, policies are always dictated by a single Senior director who has no clue about establishing a great working culture. None of the employees in this Manila department are happy, some just do not have any choice to leave and just enduring the poor management. Pay could be better, this particular customer facing department is the most underpaid.
