Pluspunten

Depending on the group there is a very collegiate atmosphere. The COO, Oliver, is fantastic. He is a visionary, understands and is capable of doing the work, inspires you to bring your best forward. He is a wonderful Motivational speaker and also the complete package of what you would want in a COO or CEO.

Minpunten

Too many managers with an inward focus on their group and not looking outward for the good of the company.
