Staff are generally helpful and friendly, though the best staff are rapidly departing. They do invest in nice office and social perks like a fully stocked kitchen and very nice office. Work can be quite varied, and the company is generally well-respected by clients.
Minpunten
Environment can be quite negative and demanding and unsupportive. Management and company paralysis. Very unsupportive with any internal or external personnel issues. HR does the absolute bare minimum or even negligent to avoid doing anything helpful if anything is remotely outside status quo. Year-on-year erosion of wages below CPI with no justification. Management structure is outrageously shallow - far too many direct reports - so don't expect much personal attention, as much as frontline managers do their best.
