Able to focus on the job, not much politics. My direct manager is good people manager.

Minpunten

Weak people management skills generally. New hires people managers are not knowledgeable about data analytics, the life blood of company. Also, losing too many talents in the past 5 years. Likely due to inability to pay for top talent.
