      Pluspunten

      Solid brands, international presence, some nice people to work with. Family ownership desires to do good in the world. Not as short term focused as public company.

      Minpunten

      Senior leadership. Zero empowerment as all decisions made at the senior management level. Lack of ownership for those decisions when failures occur. Makes promises when recruiting employees that it has no intention of honoring. Compensation structure not competitive.

      We appreciate that you took time to share your thoughts. We want to be the kind of place where people can make a real and significant impact, and empowerment is an important part of that. Getting great cross-functional processes in place is key and it’s something we’ve been working on. We’re sorry you didn’t see that in action, but we’re optimistic about great opportunities ahead.

      Super competitive industry can create longer than usual hours.

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Minpunten

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
