While at Scor my manager was always willing to teach me new things. My manager was very well versed in the reinsurance space and so I learned a lot during my time there. My manager was always layering on my responsibilities but not to the point where there was no life-work balance. I enjoyed my time there because I was not micromanaged and the people I worked under and with were very pleasant. I know what I had to get done and when it was due. I was not worried of people clocking my time.
