Bad onboarding- deceptive job titles and roles They tell you one thing in interview and do exactly another AWS is breaching data for clients Young folks running projects that have zero life or real project experience but s;haring private client data. (AWS 5 not secure) Cloud/Snowflake implemebtation is unsafe for clients and private data and test environments. A lot of bad treatment by so called Managers who clearly have zero insight or experience and push "Agile" A lot of terrible treatment and mis-communication Compliance does nothing with concerns. Onboarding was terrible and not really sujre what HR and Mgt do exactly. Velogica is a bad system that exploits citizens private data and calling it Re-insurnace and Underwriting.
