Here are some highlights: - Work hard/play hard atmosphere - Close-knit team - High level of exposure to senior management - Formal mid-year and end-of-year reviews with direct manager - Fully stocked kitchen - Close proximity to Chipotle

      There is less structured training here than at larger firms like JPM.. meaning you need to be a self starter to improve your knowledge and skillset, but all the resources necessary are here and senior investment team members encourage open investment discussion

      Pluspunten

      Learning a lot about the industry and having the opportunity to work with different teams is a great experience. My manager is always willing to provide explanations and support, and the people at SCS are very friendly and supportive. I’m enjoying the role and learning a lot, which is great for someone who is hard-working and willing to put in the time to learn.

      PCG handles a significant portion of administrative tasks, although other teams contribute to the overall workload. Additionally, short staffing across various teams, particularly PCG, has led to longer working hours.
