Its Truck Simulation, they only release DLCs, no new games, and salary is quite low. But its a good place to get experience and start your career in

Good games, skilled developers, cool offices, passionate CEO.

The studio grew but didn't change its mindset. The CEO doesn't seem to enjoy running the studio much so he lets the incompetent, unchecked, micromanaging CFO run it into the ground. It's a slow process, because the games sell well. Which makes SCS similar to Titanic. You can hear music in the first class plays, officers insist on the course, the whole thing seems unsinkable, but the cold dark water level rises steadily.
