      Pluspunten

      Nothing can think of. Except cheaper product. Good for field staff and two three person in management but poor in fact very poor for rest others.

      Minpunten

      1. Salary are too low for Head office people. 2. Management policies changes in every 1 or 2 months. 3. Hire and fire policy. 4. Expect you to work on Sundays and public holidays. 5. No strategy, no vision. 6. Management lives in different world have no spine to talk to their korea staff.
