Work hours are great. I got on very well with the owner and the GM. Paid weekly was brilliant. Guys on the floor are very efficient - and some of the best stainless welders I've seen. Office environment was very pleasant actually.

Minpunten

Sales guys and engineering/Projects hated each other. Floor staff could not approach engineering with any civility - lots of shouting.
