You will work on a wide variety of projects with a range of different clients in different sectors, a great way to build experience. Many of your colleagues will be of the highest calibre, and there is a lot of emphasis on sharing knowledge amongst each other. The company has a great culture of high-performance but in a friendly environment.

Minpunten

As a small(ish) company, it can't match some of the benefits of its larger competitors.

The people there are great.

If you are looking to learn or improve your skills this is not the place to do it. There are so few resources that nobody ahs time to give feedback on anything. If there is an internal issue or you need support from the higher ups they never come through. They have a tendency to tell you what you need to hear to make you feel good in the moment. It's almost like they put on a show to bamboozle you out of their office, but then nothing happens.
