Good coworkers, no weekends no nights

This company will not value you hard work, Snow, Heat, Rain, Dirty cars, Cold weather, we work through it all. after 4 years i was laid off 3 weeks before Xmas. Pay is low, You can make more driving a delivery van.

Plenty of work, decent benefits

Minpunten

Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
