      Minpunten

      The salary for skilled, qualified professionals is terrible. The promise of salary increase keeps us hoping. However, most leave within 18-months, following training and instantly earn £5k more.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
