Typical local family business management style. Cut cost instead of looking into value of money. As result, project output is terrible, but nobody care. They tender project with value lower than market average cause the materials use are cheapest and lowest quality. Subcontractor awarded also poor performance. Staff who is well performed end up receive more job scopes without compensation, work 24/7 and management take it as granted. Squeeze their employees and never care about their mentality. Turnover rate extremely high. The family take employees as tools only, when one employee resign they distribute to those who stay without replacement. Wait until whole team resign then hire again and keep the cycle goes on.
