The training is the best in the industry. The advancement opportunities are plenty, especially for those who perform well. There always is a possibility to change during the career and do something new or do the same in a different place, with different people.

Personal life has to be sacrificed at the beginning of the career, but eventually it is possible to find that balance. Compensation is generally very good, except in the USA and Europe.
