Very good company if you're looking for a very safe environment.
Minpunten
They hire an engineer to do the job and then they hire just about anybody they can put their hands on to tell an engineer how to do his job (QHSE responsable). Being a field engineer in Schlum is a demeaning job. Just about everybody else tells you what to do. It's like they hired you for your body and not your brain. They kick your arse when doing bad and forget to pat you on the back when doing good.
